Defy for Good is a personal journey.

Over the 30 years that I have spent helping corporations around the world fix their problems I have learned that the same mindsets and cultures that created the problems cannot be expected to lead the change no matter how remorseful they may feel.

I have, and I will always advocate the need to challenge the status quo. And with that comes a level of irreverence and courage that speak of the pain inflicted on so many by the failures in business, government and society.

To sustain this journey I have set up this site, a personal platform of sorts to share my experiences and to continue to help whenever I can, for the common good.
